    I want to know who this is, because I don't want a character anywhere near his operating servers. I have such a passionately strong distaste for people who cut corners, steal, hack and cheat and refuse to support them or the people who flock to their services and goods.

    The forums don't allow for calling people out, so no one can give that info here without facing punishment. Your best bet would likely be a server specific discord or facebook group.
