They really need to half the light requirement in Pagos. It should absolutely NOT be 31 crystals. There's no reason for it anymore.

It should be 16. 1 for the first phase, 5 for the next, and 10 + Louhi Ice for the final.

The first phase should only be one because you're just figuring out how light works and you're dipping your toe in the water so to speak.
