so, yet another case of SE failing to take any consideration of how we in the west, aka the majority, play the game?

The other thing that would be a nice QOL change is rewarding those outside who complete the support fate a bit more. Just something little like bonus crystals or maybe a moistbox drop or something.
I agree on this, but i'd be more drastic on the rewards: e.g. 3 Eureka fragments with a rare chance to get clothes/seals (maybe as rare as the magicite token) (no, i'm not looking for free loot, i've at least killed AV)
Another big issue is that killing Ozma more than once seems extremely unrewarding. Aside of making some (mostly worthless) Gil, killing Ozma more then once rewards nothing aside of a few achievement points. I personally expect hardly anyone running BA after the first two weeks or so - and given that the Eureka story's real end is put behind Ozma - this would be absolutely horrible. If BA really dies out that fast, some stuff has to change (a possible option could be to make full +2 gear available outside of BA - to make pugging BA a more feasible option)

So far with pug groups been finding communication one of the biggest issue with it, definitely need to be able to set up an alliance while inside BA...
It's a mmo, it's bad design if they did not think people would want to run content with their friends.
I have seen so much toxic people in that place it is really the worse I have seen the community, people threatening to report if you even go into a dungeon. New players being belittle and talked to like they are completely stupid instead of trying to teach. Square really dropped the ball with this thing
