I will cry a grand total of 0.99 tears and play a sad tune on my small violin in front of their giant mansions. What will the housing market do once all the richest people who already own houses...

If you are talking about /shiver that is unfortunately true on all servers. Even on Balmung where are prices are probably the lowest everywhere it is still around 40 mil, and I've heard on smaller servers its upwards of 80 mil. It's a very rare emote that hasn't had its drop rate nerfed.
