I read a lot about how people make Eureka just for the relic, this does not exactly happen with all the content of the game?

People generally like getting rewards, that's not news. The difference between good and bad content is whether people enjoy the activity they are taking part in while chasing the reward.

PVP is just for Gamour tho. The Relic weapon use to be a weapon you could use that would carry you through the expansion as long as you kept upgrading it. I never had to kill a single EX primal for a weapon in ARR or HW cause my Relic was good enough throughout each expansion. Alliance Raids also drop tomes, more with the roulette. Same goes for the PVE. Tomes and story.

If and to have updated you had to farm a lot because the items to keep it updated were the worst. In ARR was worse than everything seen so far, HW improved this and made the relic something much easier to get to the point that it was something too easy and fast.

And no, that of tomestone does not mean that that content is completed by tomestone when you can do the weekly cap doing only the expert roulette. I do my points by doing PVP And it does not mean that the PVP is done to cap points.

And who defines this? Because I think the Gold Saucer is a shit and I have to do it for mounts, there are people who do not enjoy doing PVP and do it for the mounts/gear.
