I'm withholding judgement until we actually have information. There's been a gradual evolution toward what they want this kind of content to be, from Diadem to 4.55. So long as they take all the feedback into consideration, I really don't have a problem with it.

I said the same thing when people were getting upset over Eureka being "diadem like" It's the entire formula of going into an instanced map that uses entirely different mechanics and requires several parties of people to even complete.

If the area was part of the main map and you could actually solo the content then things would be different.

eureka instances are not open world, they are fully closed off instances

Even if there was some level sync system, Eureka would be 100% better.
As it stands, if your outpace your friends by just 2 levels, you're locked off from each other.

I actually preferred Pagos to the Logos actions and how they work / are obtained. I also didn't like the fact that they tied Logos actions to the relic when they are so annoying to get. (Unless you want to spend Gil on them.) Only problem I really had with Pagos was the level needed for the teleportation crystals.

Well, with the changes that Eureka has received in Pyros, today is a very fun place and I hope we will see areas like these in the game.
