I read a lot about how people make Eureka just for the relic, this does not exactly happen with all the content of the game?

Why do PVP revive? Because of the Garo event, people wanted the mounts.
Why do people make Alliance Raids? For the gear
Why do people make all the PVE content of this game? For the gear

PVP is just for Gamour tho. The Relic weapon use to be a weapon you could use that would carry you through the expansion as long as you kept upgrading it. I never had to kill a single EX primal for a weapon in ARR or HW cause my Relic was good enough throughout each expansion. Alliance Raids also drop tomes, more with the roulette. Same goes for the PVE. Tomes and story.

You can only get them from the stupid bunny chests, which is random if you get a bunny if there are to many people at the fate, random what chest you get, random what logo gram you get, and THEN it's random what logos action you get.

People generally like getting rewards, that's not news. The difference between good and bad content is whether people enjoy the activity they are taking part in while chasing the reward.

You can keep your Diadem 4.0, just keep the relic out of it.

Not gonna lie, I'd much rather have Diadem back. That's how much I hate Eureka.

If they do intend on tying the relic into it though, I just hope they dumb it down compared to Eureka and keep remembering that the relic is always intended to be the weapon path option for casual players (yes tryhards, I know they're BiS, but you have savage weapons #dealwithit).

So people should be forced to spend gil on something they can get out of a chest to complete something required to get your weapon? That's no different than having to pay crafters for items for the ARR and HW relics and they eventually fixed that with the HW relics. Just because you can throw gil at something doesn't mean the system is okay or good. I also don't have millions of gil to spend on crappy logo grams I'm never going to use. Or perhaps I should say I refuse to.

Gil isn't particularly difficult to make in this game and is typically best spent on something once you've gathered a decent amount. It's an option on the table, not a necessity - yet one that serves as a great convenience and worthwhile investment.

If and to have updated you had to farm a lot because the items to keep it updated were the worst. In ARR was worse than everything seen so far, HW improved this and made the relic something much easier to get to the point that it was something too easy and fast.

And no, that of tomestone does not mean that that content is completed by tomestone when you can do the weekly cap doing only the expert roulette. I do my points by doing PVP And it does not mean that the PVP is done to cap points.

And who defines this? Because I think the Gold Saucer is a shit and I have to do it for mounts, there are people who do not enjoy doing PVP and do it for the mounts/gear.

your overreacting and you know it you can get the 30 abilities needed for the weapon without touching a single bunny fate easily you only need to do bunnies if you want the mount hair or Armor even getting the armor doesn't require doing bunnies if you have gil you are willing to spend i understand you don't like it and that is fine Eureka has its fans and i'm glad they seem to continue to cater to them my hope is they do not tie as much resources as they have with SB to it going forward and give something the general populace would be more happy with.

On top of that you can only have 3 logo grams at a time. So any you make to complete your book get tossed out. Then if you still have a bunch of uses left of your logos action and you leave and reenter it's gone. Wither you had 99 casts left or 1. Then some of the stupid actions are so hard to get and combine into to make some really cool super action it gets "to good to use" syndrom. And to top it all off you don't even need logos actions in the zone. Man I HATE Eureka.

I mean they add to your array of options over and above what you already have, often in quite meaningful ways, e.g. reflect farms. You don't even need to use them, other than for a one time step for your weapon, but it's easy to do that with the info available online.
