You just talk to the fortune teller you have to talk to for another quest, she has an option to buy a special potion. The magic pot is "hidden" such that he's fairly easy to see if you were walking by. (Magic pot is north of the lancer guild aetheryte). Here's my experience:
I found that Fortune teller
I bought her elixer
I did small talk with her.
She didn't mention anything about a Black Boar Gate.
Told me doom would find me.
Told me to buy her Elixers.

Looked here. No one mentions it.
I look on Reddit. They tell me it's at Black Boar Gate behind a house, and they knew because they data mined it even before the event.
After some asking around, someone finally said that the Fortune Teller would mention avoiding Imps by the Black Boar Gate.

I have no reason to walk by Black Boar Gate of any information I was given.
