This isn't solving the problem, that too many players in this game are rly bad and just get carried.
FF XIV is not a Single Player Game. You play with other ppl, so everybody should bring the basics
It's just rude, if you expect a carry from others

I didn’t know ppl still depend on ex roulette to get their tomes. 1 hr in Eureka is enough to do so or hunts

I don't do bad content like Eureka. In my opinion it's just a braindead waste of time

You can already do that, make a PF and check the FFlogs of every player that joins, if they're not up to your standard, kick them.

I don't care about fflogs. I just want fun in this Game, and it's not funny, when so many ppl don't pull their weight. :/
