Here is my rotation.

Keep a bed on pretty much constant rotation with Ala Mhigan Mustard and Linseed to make Mandrake Seeds. The Mustard seeds and Linseeds are very cheap from your GC.

Once I have enough Mandrake seeds, i grow 2 beds of Cieldalaes Pineapple x Mandrake - this usually yields Onion Prince Seeds and if you're lucky Mimett Gourd Seeds.
Fertilize only the Cieldalaes Pineapple as it grows much more quickly than the mandrakes and you can get up to 2 - 3 yields.

Once I have about 8 - 16 Mimett Gourd seeds, and some Onion Prince Seeds in abundance, I cross the Mandrakes with Onion Prince for Pearl Roselle Seeds.
Fertilize only the Mandrakes for two yields because the Onion Prince take a very long time to grow.

I cross the Pearl Roselle and the Mimett Gourd seeds for Thav Onion Seeds.
Fertilize only the Mimett Gourds for a double yield.
I try to get at least 8 Thav Onion seeds before the next part.

I plant 4 x 4 (Thav Onion x Mandrake) in each bed to obtain more Mimett Gourd seeds, since naturally you will have more abundance of the Pearl Roselle.
Fertilize only the Mandrake for a double yield.
