Might be an unpopular opinion here, but I believe these people should be banned and there should be zero tolerance for selling clears by directing people to out-of-game chat applications. If there was ever a sign of clear intention to engage in RMT, it is that. They are intentionally doing this to avoid being held accountable.

Doesn't matter. Please refer to my last post. You need to understand how law works. They break no rules UNTIL the actual act occurs.

I understand its frustrating, trust me I do, but the consequences for acting irrationally (which is what some of you are suggesting) would be disastrous to SE. I wish I had a solution to combat the problem, but I unfortunately do not.

Just to give an IRL example - a thief can scope your place out, but until he trespasses/b&e's/or steals he hasn't broken any law and cannot be punished as such. Even if he had a prior rap, he might be followed, checked on, but they cannot "punish" him until an act is committed.

No offense but your posts on this subject might be the dumbest takes I've ever seen. This has nothing to do with the law, like, at all. The law is not a factor here. What matters is the game's rules, and those can be changed at any time as well as enforced after the fact if they wish. And no nobody is going to sue anyone for getting banned from the game, this is ridiculous. I hope you're just trolling honestly.
