Players should be tagging mobs with the instant spell.

Flying Sardine has potency of 10 and cast time of 2.5s. That's the same cast time as water cannon.

The only instant spells blue mage has have to be learned from primals.

Regardless 10 potency tag isnt going to help the blue mage deal with lv70 characters with instant aoe spells nuking groups of mobs
