Being kicked for being BLUE

Been noticing recently this has started happening in khloe parties.People refusing to let blues into khloe party on level 50 content or kicking them when they join.

Fair enough if they come undergeared for the fight but apart from that i feel its unfair.

They want you in a higher level job so they can do things faster? The party is theirs, they're in their right to kick you for it.

Well people are looking to do their weekly books quickly and BLU isn't exactly equipped for a quick run especially at level 50. BLU at this point is more leeching than actually helping out. Some people are fine that cause 7 people vs 8 isn't gonna make that much difference on lvl 50 unsynced content. You probably won't even see the skill you need to learn with the other people being lvl 70 quickly killing whatever it is they are killing.

They want fast clears and as it stands BLU really underperforms compared to a BLM/RDM/SMN at the same iLvl. While getting denied and/or kicked sucks its within their right as it is their party as long as theyre not harrassing you in some way.

Ideally, they should be locking out BLU from joining in the first place. However, it is their party to do as they see fit. They can kick for whatever reason they want. I have the princess attire in metallic purple, they could kick me because they don't like the look of it.

Love the way you assume its an issue for myself.It's not.The thing is though i dont recall you needing 8 lvl 70 players to clear a lvl 50 extreme fast or have players these days just gotten that bad?
Penthea on the other hand is making a valid argument about not knowing which skills the blue mages have which may need to be adressed in the future.

One of the issues is there is no way of checking how many skills a blu player has learned. People don't fancy the idea of potentially carrying someone who bothered to only get five skills.

Another issue is that blu has no rotation, so the effectiveness of the class is 100% on the player. There is no one way to play it, so with every ability the player must make a judgement call. And well I don't think I need to inform you about the multitude of threads and posts complaining about players who can't even use a normal dps class with flashy buttons indicating the next part of the rotation. Imagine a blu in the hands of those noobs.

It's quite the gamble to take a random blu so while I completely agree that it's unfair, I also understand why someone wouldn't want to deal with it.

Solution: form your own group. Probably what I'll end up doing when I get to that point. If it's a party of 8 BLUs so be it.
