On Sarg right now 70s are running around Mor Dhona and North Thanalan killing everything before ppl lvling or learning spells can. They are literally running in circles on the same path killing things as they spawn. A lot of them are from the same FC it seems so its an organized troll

Maybe increased spawn rates for the most recurrent creatures during the opening week.

I have more of problem with higher level blue's stealing lower level blue's monsters and making it so can't learn the skill. They need to fix it where if there not in your party they can't target and steal your monsters agro away from you.

As long as you have aggro, see the spell and are alive and in exp range when its killed you are supposed to be able to learn it, according to Yoshida. I have learned things from mobs I only touched once

Yeah. So long as you're on the monster's aggro table (aka hitting it once) you have a chance to learn the spell provided the cast of the spell in question goes off at all.

Killing mobs is not greifing, if the same person kills B-ranks more than twice thats griefing. Because you cant justify that while killing normal mobs you can.

Technically killing B ranks more than once is justifiable seeing as you have to kill a lot of them for a few achievements. However, walking into the middle of a crowd and proceeding to impede the progress of dozens of people could be considered griefing. If people want to farm materials then there's a ton of other places to do so. Probably faster to buy them from the MB though, seeing as ARR mats are cheap as heck. If someone is THAT low on gil that they can't buy said mats then they are doing something very wrong.

There is no rule in the game saying a lvl 70 cannot kill a low lvl mob in the open world, lmao, oh man now I've heard it all, I hope some of you never become law makers.
