Visiting other worlds, economy effect?

I’d like to know where is the information about being allowed to “buy” from another server has been said?
In the live letter it was said that:

“We discussed whether or not we could introduce a universal market board; however, this would require a major overhaul to the foundation of the sever, therefore, this would be difficult to do.”

Buying from a different server would/could be classify under a “universal” market board so my question is, minus this balance discord, where has this information been said? They talked about restrictions and made those very clear however, nothing about buying or trading has been officially, clearly said.

EDIT: If you didn’t watch the livestream yourself, how can you be sure that one person’s translation is correct? It would make ZERO sense to be able to purchase items from a different server but not sell. Those 2 goes together.

EDIT #2: I also saw someone posting a comment saying that they will be restriction on visiting "popular" worlds... Again, where did you see this?

EDIT #3: I keep seeing (not here per say) that this is coming out in January... sigh. If you read carefully, it's announced for the second part of 4.5 in March.

It's all fun and giggles to talk about what "could" happen but... don't mislead people on information that isn't officially released. Perhaps we'll be able to buy and trade, perhaps not. We'll probably find out on the next live letter but for now, we don't know.
