Constant Error 90002

So i payed 13$ this morning and i tried another VPN that only redirects the programs that i tell the software to redirect. I tried several routes (northern US, southern US).. Nothing helps.. The only constant in this is the ntt network that i cannot get around and the SE servers. ALL other games run fine without any disconnects, even FFXI with the servers in Japan.. Only FFXIV keeps kicking me.. I might just have to cancel the sub again

+1, also seeing disconnects when a router in NTT network times out. My route is going first through comcast backbone (my ISP) and then NTT backbone (FF14's ISP?).
