When did this first start happening? Do you recall anything on your PC changing/updating that coincides with this? The most recent error message looks like a graphics driver crash. Does this occur if you use DirectX 9 Mode?

You may also want to try a clean reinstall of your graphics drivers (this should be an option when installing them).

Additionally, you can try a clean boot. Simply open the task manager and select the 'Start up' tab. Disable everything here and restart the PC. This will make sure that no background processes are interfering with the game.
