I've been thinking... why doesn't OP just move to one of the more English speaking servers? Like Tonberry and (I think) Masamune? Assuming they don't speak Japanese, of course.

Masamune mostly Japanese speakers Nestama, he'd have better chances finding people speaking English on Tonberry yes.
