Of course it matter, given the info we've been given now Yoshida hints we will not be Lv70 by Shb release next summer meaning we can't even do the MSQ on BLU.

has anyone here even suggested blu should never be allowed at level cap? if less than 10% of content is locked from blu it gives you much much less to have to choose to stop playing blu
