I'd say the other way around would be more fun, healing adds stacks and damaging reduces stacks. Maybe even have it boost the next attack then lose all stacks, be able to go for a ridiculous stone after managing your way through a hectic situation

Asylum - Only active when the caster is station like Collective Unconscious for AST.
Plenary Indulgence - automatically cast once you hit 3 Confession stack.


Just add an single, small note to Medica II, Regen and Cure III:
Additional Effect: Increased enmity


Don't worry, one of our brand new abilities for 5.0 that could have been anything else for WHM will be taken up by an enmity control ability that addresses this age old problem.

And naturally, we will have to remove that effect from Lucid Dreaming and make said spell a level 78 spell because WHMs will certainly not need it before then.
