    Strangely enough, Blizzard was able to cope with this. They stopped offering free server transfers and server merging years ago. How? More powerful servers. The hardware power outgrew what was needed while they kept improving the server software to run better.

    They also have 150+ servers and a community thats not as stubborn as boulder about moving..
