Not being able to take your favorite Job into the new Expansion or the Content you enjoy the most just because you have other jobs to choose from is not acceptable.

Again, we don't know the rate at which the cap will be increased. If it will reach the cap of other classes at some point (instead of being permanently lower) then you will be able to do that content just as well. At that point, this is nothing but a "beta" with the actual release being later.

Seriously. You're potentially complaining about getting a "demo" before the full release, saying that they shouldn't release it and that you wanted to wait for the full release.

Again, we DO NOT KNOW how it will progress yet. It will progress "throughout patches", not expansions, so the level cap will be changed between expansions unlike it is for other jobs. This may be simply due to the volume of workload required for getting those skills, making them, putting up flags for the classes and such. This job DOES take more to design than normal class does, after all, while it still DOES get the same stuff as a normal class design-wise.


On a different note...are you sure it would be your favorite job if it was made to match FFXIV?! I think there would be a very high chance that you'd say "Meh, this tries to look like Blue Mage, but it's not. Black mage deals more damage anyway so whatever.". Not saying you would, of course, but it is a fact that the normal classes are a hit-or-miss. I for example dislike Black Mage even though I tend to play this sort of classes. I hate Bard as well, even though the mobile ranged class is attractive to me. And I really hate melee, even though those were my favorite in other MMO's. So yeah.

Not my favorite job lol. I was just speaking in general. Me personally I've always wanted a gunblade job. I just hope it's not a tank cause I hate playing tanks lol.
