I don't like playing Tanks, but I feel like we have an abundance of DPS jobs as is. I wouldn't mind BLU being DPS since it's my favorite job and I prefer DPSing, but please add new Tanks and Healers to reduce the pain of my queue times.

One expansion is one thing but I will not be amused if my options for tanking or healing do not increase for a second expansion in a row, seeing as these are my primary two jobs for duty finder.
I mean, DPS already gets a lot of love! It's a fun class to play. Hence why I play it more. I'm a Tank main, but playing the same three classes over and over again gets tedious (same for healers).
I would like to play another Tank and Healer class. Give them some love.
I would like to see reinventing with certain move sets (*cough* Dark Knight), but I also would like something new to play instead.

I wouldn't mind skipping new healers at all. The reason we were skipped in 4.0 was because healer balance was so bad they needed to focus on solidifying them before they brought in new trouble. And what have they done this entire expansion? Healers are in the exact same spot they were in HW, AST and SCH dominating DPS, healing and utility while WHM sits around with nothing unique or particularly strong.
They had an ENTIRE EXPANSION to fix this and the haven't, if they add a new healer now we're going to have problems.

No, I would like a new healer and tank. Preferably a new healer, since that is my main role.
♥ Baby, tell me, what's your motive? ♥
While the balance will not improve I say, screw it! They had this entire expansion to fix it and so far done nothing, I doubt they would manage to balance the jobs in the next expansion even if they chose to not add new ones.
So bring it on, give us a new tank and healer, that way those left out will have someone to drink away their sorrows with.

We don't really need any more DPS, what we need is a preemptive mode switch so that you can queue as "anything/everything" rather than a single role. That would solve the queue problem by having people play tanks/healers when needed instead of needing a carrot.
There needs to be additional Tank/Healer jobs just to keep things interesting, otherwise it will get roasted in reviews for being stale and not making any interesting changes to the gameplay. Who wants to pay money for an expansion that their main jobs get nothing new? How do you get people to pay for the expansion out of the box if they have to sog through the entire 2.x MSQ to get to the 3.x jobs, etc.
Like I've said it before, one really should be required to play the entire MSQ to unlock those jobs, when they're relevant to the storyline. None of the jobs explicitly are relevant to the storyline, so what they should have done is put those jobs in the "town" areas of the new areas and then unlocked just the town zone, while still having to play the 2.x MSQ up to level 50 in the 2.x areas like how every job was designed before it. Welcome to the 5.0 Hellscape level 1 newbie, would you like a one-way ticket to Ul'dah , or die trying here (prompt for MSQ skip)? Then just let the player come back to upgrade their job.
In another thread this idea was presented a few different ways, from having a harry-potter-esque school in Ishgard that we briefly saw during sidequests as a place for the level 1-15 quests to take place, and Kugane also has a "school" of sorts.
But we're long past that, now, I'd like to see some creative way of going "yes you can start those jobs, in those logical starting areas, but you can't start them at level 30/50/60 as a new character, start at level 1"

Unless they invent the Support role and rearranged some jobs into it, it wouldn't make sense to not add any to tank and healer for role balance. It would only serve to improve the game.

Should SE start looking into mirror/expy jobs? Cuz I don't think they can design anything else after 5.0 that won't have balance issues. At least the playerbase can have the aesthetics of said jobs.
Healing DRK is literally... the same since ShB. The reason why people think it's a meme to heal nowadays because DRK receives very little to no buff to their sustainability vs 3 other tanks getting something useful. If you're capable of healing DRK back in ShB (or any tanks), then you'll heal EW DRK just fine.

Absolutely not.
They used the excuse of "but balance!" for no new tanks and healers for Stormblood. Two whole years spent on that excuse. And not much has changed, looking at the way things are. (I mean, obviously things HAVE changed, but when you boil away the details...) I let it slide for Stormblood and accepted that we only got two DPS jobs for the 4.X era. But as someone who plays as Tanks and Healers far more often than the DPS jobs in my time for this game, I'm going to be very upset if they don't add a new tank and healer for 5.0 this time. They can add a DPS job to go along with it if they want. Just so long as I see both a new Tank and Healer as well. If they add nothing but DPS jobs again for two expansions in a row... well... I won't quit the game. But SE will have a very angry customer.
As for the whole "Balance" thing... just a friendly reminder that there's no such thing as "perfect balance" for jobs... unless you want every job to literally play the same way, down to the most minor detail. Don't stop asking for changes though. I'd like to see DRK become better again, even though PLD is my preferred Tank of the 3 available jobs.
