In the very short term maybe, but probably not in the long term. On my server the HoH hair is still the same price it was at launch despite a million people having done it since then. If anything the price will probably go up over time as more and more people abandon the content, leading to fewer drops in the first place (see also, Night Pegasus Whistle price up 10 mil compared to a year ago.)
