Thing is these kind of practices breed controversy and causes more problems than it's worth. As you have the right to enjoy cute things, i have the right argue against children represented in adult situations.

Really cant be helped there isnt anything wrong with liking cute race like Lala normally but people will always have that second thought about it.

But people do need to learn that you don't always need to be sexually attracted to your player character to like it (if ronso happen and are like they are in ffX i can see furry related comments already).

Wouldn't be the first time. Worgan in WoW have had that ever since their release. Which helps nothing that one of the male's /joke line makes reference to furrys.

As for Viera: BfA ruined many things in world of warcraft, but with allied races they nearly doubled the races you can pick. So I would be surprised if we didn't get something with 5.0

Ive been away for a while and may have missed that part. Other than Dalmascans being named multiple times, I missed Viera being noted directly in-game. Any chance you could tell me where abouts it was mentioned. I'd love to get my hopes up! lol

Pretty sure it's when you're talking to Montblanc in the Ivalice raid quests. He mentions how different races used to mingle before the Empire ruined the show and drops Viera by name in there.
