Eureka is still ruined because of Pagos

Waiting that long for things to do in Pagos usually means players are just AFK following the train without even considering to split (another mistake is not pre-farming certain fates before their weather comes out. For example, Behemoth, if thunder will be up in 30m or so and the train is at Holy Cow better move out and also kill Behe mobs). One of the few things Pagos do better than Anemos once you hit 30-32 is that multiple fates can be work on to spawn without a chance to miss anything.

That's because there's always that one player that wants to watch the world burn and pulls the NM early, so splitting is risky and in many cases not worth it.

If you don't even want to help spawning fates you can always farm light alone with wolves or in a group at the forge.

Aaaah yes. Quality content. I've tried that. I was laughing in disbelief once I realized how little light I was getting by killing wolves near the bunny fate or at the forge.

I supposed farming AS1 for light during HW non-stop was a much more quality content, right?

Not sure, I didn't farm A1S for my hw relic. I just played the game normally and the relic came as a result. But at the very least A1S had mechanics, so I suppose this makes it higher quality.

You still had to take the 2 oppressors at the same time.
On a side note, you didn't need to spam A1S to get light, you could farm mounts, do your savage runs, alliance runs and still get light. You had a choice.

Once more, I'm not defending Eureka but to me is clear like the sky that a lot of the hate after nerfs comes from people that no longer can AFK as the did with Anemos.

You are missing the actual problem. ALL YOU CAN DO is AFK. Nothing in PF to join, no-one to join when you get in there. You can't do anything without a group, and you can rarely find one. Your only other option is going solo and ending up dead and de-levelled.


people do not WANT to AFK, they are forced into it. I've lost count of the amount of times I've gone in there and ended up just giving up with not enough people, no parties to join, nothing spawning.
