There's no such thing as an early pull. It has been what, 5 years now? And people still don't understand this. No matter how long it sits there untouched, someone somewhere is going to be late. I side with the crowd who supports waiting on as many people as possible, for the record. But when a hunt is spawned, it is fair game. Sometimes it gets pulled sooner as opposed to later, and vice versa. If people can't get there in 2-3 minutes at most I would consider them late to the party. But I'm also fine with waiting longer as long as everyone else is sitting on their hands. Once it's pulled though there's no going back.

A couple of GCD withheld across a dozen or so high-geared hunters means about as many people more managed to get there and at least tag it. At the very least it's a tick on the achievement, and if they were in a party, it's seals and tomes, too.
I do something similar with ARR hunts, though I don't use auto attacks. I will typically start the first few moves of my rotation, then let it be.

While I cannot give a specific date on when personal housing will be implemented, I can say that prices will be completely separate from free company housing, and, naturally, far more affordable.

From a few particularly slow S ranks, I've been able to get full credit solo on WAR by popping Unchained and Inner Release after prepping a Butcher's Block, then doing Butcher's Block > Overpower spam until Inner Release falls off (Which takes off maybe 5% of the hunt's HP tops). If this is supplemented by people spamming AoE heals in the same party, you can hit the full credit enmity quota almost immediately.

There's really no reason to be unloading your full DPS opener on an ARR/HW S rank like it's a savage raid boss when there are ways to get credit that are both more effective and less likely to result in the thing dying before everyone interested arrives.

I remember being at an S-rank kill once. I was with the group that found the NM. We announced it, and about five minutes later, there were enough people to kill it. Miraculously, we waited another five minutes with no one pulling while others arrived. We asked around, and everyone seemed cool with pulling, so we did. As the monster died, someone flew in, landed, and shouted, "Who's the jerk who pulled early???" XD
