There's no such thing as an early pull. It has been what, 5 years now? And people still don't understand this. No matter how long it sits there untouched, someone somewhere is going to be late. I side with the crowd who supports waiting on as many people as possible, for the record. But when a hunt is spawned, it is fair game. Sometimes it gets pulled sooner as opposed to later, and vice versa. If people can't get there in 2-3 minutes at most I would consider them late to the party. But I'm also fine with waiting longer as long as everyone else is sitting on their hands. Once it's pulled though there's no going back.

A couple of GCD withheld across a dozen or so high-geared hunters means about as many people more managed to get there and at least tag it. At the very least it's a tick on the achievement, and if they were in a party, it's seals and tomes, too.
I do something similar with ARR hunts, though I don't use auto attacks. I will typically start the first few moves of my rotation, then let it be.

While I cannot give a specific date on when personal housing will be implemented, I can say that prices will be completely separate from free company housing, and, naturally, far more affordable.
