Fey Wind Needs a Buff

It just feels like a really lame ability that you cast on cd for a negligible damage increase.

Well that's part of the problem, need to be lining it up with raid buffs. But I can't see anything helping all that much if you're recasting fairies 5 or 6 times each pull. Feels like a waste well before any potency is calculated. Most bang for your buck is on pull. Possibly recasting during a transition when all raid buffs will be back up for boss. If you want to maximize Fey Wind it seems like you'd need to have a strong co-healer so you can keep Selene out instead of swapping. Without that it's kind of unfair to make any analogies.
