Fey Wind Needs a Buff

Fey Wind doesn't need a buff.
Selene just need a slight rework so that she become a real choice over Eos, without buffing Scholar even more.

It definitely needs something. I don't mind if SCH takes a hit somewhere else to make up for it, but an ability with an effect as small as Fey Wind either needs to be buffed or removed from the game, IMO. Remember how pathetic Devotion was before it was buffed? Fey Wind is in a similar boat the way I see it. It just feels like a really lame ability that you cast on cd for a negligible damage increase. I just wish it felt more powerful to cast.
