Few close friends quit FFXIV, one wants to explain why, hopes SE improves the game

Your friends say they're tired of doing the same thing over and over but when you think about it many MMO are like that doing the same thing over and over, Final Fantasy XI can have some variety its the same thing over and over when you think about it, WoW can have variety but again its the same thing over and over again. Them saying they don't like 14 more because its the same repetitiveness well how would they make it different instead of the same stuff over and over again?
