    I feel like I wasted my entire time in Eureka, because I’m not level 35 in Pagos, and now it feels like it’s too late.

    With the nerfs in the latest patch there's probably still time, and I was still finding groups just fien the last couple weeks before 4.41. Granted I also play mostly during prime time, during slower hours there may be issues with finding groups. But it's also possible Pagos will be further nerfed when Pyros comes out anyway. And the challenge logs that you can solo were also buffed.
