I did consider the same thing. I'll probably just put det in there for now, worst case it's not difficult to remove it and re-meld later.

There was some talk about tenacity possibly being better than DH specifically because of IR windows. Which sounds really strange, but I guess sort of makes sense given DH doesn't do anything for IR. There are a few other sets if you want to check them out, but that was the highest party dps build @ 6024 (and only 3 crafted pieces):
