They could feel free to make them challenging crafts too, there hasn't been enough challenge in high-end crafting lately.

like the old master recipe book 2 back in ARR? I'd rather have something that challenging when we know a new expansion isn't in the back of our minds.
I still like the idea though, maybe even new crafting tables? I'd really like something offhand to replace that dingy table.

You know what, I like this idea. Except, just make them purely for glamour, but not for stats. This way, people won't struggle and complain that "Arrg, crafting is too difficult!". You can tell them, "Well, these are just for glamor. You don't have to get them! You have a choice!" And those who choose to get them will actually enjoy the challenge.
