Game changed to FFXI style?

Do you think the game would appeal more if the game mechanics and rules of FFXI were implemented?

yes it is the only way to save the game. majority of lost subs were expecting a ffxi-2 with the new world, graphics, and monsters to fight.

players instead got a whole new system and the game failed. common sense will tell you they will go back to what has worked in the past. this game cost 10's of millions of dollars to make. they will not gamble for a second time.
