    I don't see a problem with the action of using seals to rank up. But irl, if you paid your commanding officer to rank up in a military force it'd be bribery just saying. But FFXIV isn't real, and they figure with this new patch we'll have a lot of seals.

    Would it still be bribery if the currency you paid was given out by the military by doing services for your country?

    Gil is the representation of money in this game. Gil =/= seals. Seals are completely different. There is no way to trade gil for seals.
