a few of my hunt friends have noticed that the plant based enemies scream. Udumbara's lore is:

"Ah, the elusive Udumbara. Patient. Silent. Deadly. This massive man-eating plant is rarely seen until it burts forth from the ground to feed.
So difficult is this mark to find, it takes its name from a tree of legend whose flowers are said to bloom only once every three thousand years.
One theory has it that Udumbara senses the silent screams of nearby vegetation, their unheard cacophony bringing word of approaching prey. Mayhap there is a way to use this knowledge to coax the monster from its earthern next..."

SILENT SCREAMS. I feel this rules Diakkas out completely, because they scream with every death. That leaves Saprias and Leshys, who do not scream with every death, and i feel that's what is part of the trigger. when they don't scream. whether it's 50x or 100x, we haven't been able to figure that out yet.
Well, we've had a lot of consistent spawns in the last year by not touching sapria at all, only leshy and diakka. I wouldn't take the English flavor text as gospel because it doesn't always say the same thing as JP/DE/FR.
