I have no desire to even do this event at this point. I'm not wasting my free time after work standing around hoping for an event spawn nor am I staying up late on weekends and praying I catch a 3 hour window just for the opportunity to run it. Ridiculous.

When one is served a steaming pile of sh*t, it is well within one's rights (and expected behavior, I would imagine) to point out that they've been served sh*t and to demand something actually worthy of the price they've paid.

all right to complain but if your going to the same place and getting served the same stuff time after time again really your fault you keeping going back.

Because it is never direct translation but "localisation". Basically, they translate it however they want as long as the general meaning stay the same.

I understand, but how come none of them gave an accurate description of what we got ? French localisation said random, English didn't mention randomness at all.
In the end, we have time windows.

It may be localisation, but they both failed to deliver the right message.

That's for sure, i never liked their way of translating. But i can't read Japanese so... can't do much about it.

Just confirming that the event has now finished on Elemental, three hours after it first became available.

The start and finish were both not quite "on the hour" but a minute or two after.

The even takes maybe 20 minutes to complete, so as long as you check for it every two hours, you should be fine.

Or just wait another day, because people probably will have figured out the pattern by then, if there is one.

So my SO will have to leave to work in 3 hrs. We were now waiting for over 7 hours for it to actually spawn.
If it doesn't appear in the next hour I will be forced to do this event alone and not 'together' with the people I want to.
The design is not working that well...

not sure if helps but i did the time conversion 1500GMT is 11 EST so just work you time back from there aka 7PST(if got my mayh right pst sould be 3hrs behind est)

can conferat as of 11:18 est no npc has spawned a sag server for the rising event
