can conferat as of 11:18 est no npc has spawned a sag server for the rising event

Hasn't spawned at all on Masamune that I've seen in any of the three city states.

Also popped on Omega.

The event was a lot of fun, though I'm sure the moment the NA servers get access to it, the forums will be overwhelmed with "too easy reeeeee, what a joke reeee".
I'll check back tomorrow and see if I was right.

If it's active past midnight for my region, why have it go live at noon? Patience would be understandable if they didn't leave the event half open or I wasn't on a Japanese server where the event should've been live for several hours now.

Still no recruiter on Adamantoise. What bothers me more than the missing recruiter is that SE can't even pop in with a quick update to let us know what the deal is. If it's broken or not completely active until a particular time why is so hard to tell us so we can do something else until it is ready?
