Surely...surely they've got to be doing server stress tests. I just can't imagine why they'd have a character spawn in when people in NA are sleeping.

I hope this isn't the future of all instances. Like in 5.0 to stop another Raubahn Savage... MSQ instance only available for 1 hour every 12 hours :S

Welp I made an alt on each Data Center for Japanese servers and they are all standing around the same spot we are waiting for the NPC and he didn't spawn. It's really sad seeing this many people on so many servers standing in the same spot waiting for something that we don't know when is going to happen..

I don't know about the other data centre, but you've missed Elemental's three-hour window. It closed an hour before you made this post.

Were the alts already established (and have completed the Rising quest) or have you just created them now? You might not see the quest unless it's actually available to you. The crowd thinned out but it never actually went away, as far as I saw.

logged in out of curiosity, 11am CST, and no NPC available.

it popped at 11pm CST on Primal last night... so the 3 hours open, 9 hours down thing might not be accurate

It was up between 9 and 12 PST last night on Exodus, give or take a bit of time bc I didn't stand around. I want to do this with my friends so I'm going to wait until we can all be together, and if I miss the event it's SE's fault.

Cecily Jisi from Balmung here. Been sitting around since around 8amEDT this morning. It's now noon and still no sign of them in any city state. This is not how I wanted to spend my day off.

I guess I will be forgetting about this part of the event unless I somehow catch it. Waiting around for a random NPC to spawn is just not worth a pair of earrings. I don't want to have to stand around for hours waiting for it. Does anyone know of he has spawned on Leviathan at any point though?

I just made them to check if the npc was up. The other npc was up the one that you can trade to get the earrings and fireworks but not the one that took you in the instance. I was thinking that maybe they were only open on certain data centers at certain times maybe it's actually servers I don't know hopefully somebody will figure this out soon. >. <
