Out of Reach

I've hit 70 on my miner and botanist and gathering collectables for scrips to unlock the legendary nodes however all the nodes are currently "out of reach" so I end up using Toll to unlock losing 300gp.

So what level of gathering is required before the level 65 and 70 nodes are no longer out of reach. I'd then be able to aim for those numbers to make better use of gathering.

I've searched a lot online and the only data out there I could find is for Heavensward so any info appreciated.

they will stay out of reach until maybe 5.0 will be released. maybe they will stay out of reach even then, we don't know.

you need to know in wich slot the item is placed you want to gather. normally the same item is always in the same slot. so when your item is in slot number 6, you hit slot 6 one time to unlock it and then you can gather the item. you will lose 1 gathering attempt this way, but you will save the 300 GP.
