Healers need other ways to contribute to party DPS instead of boring filler spells.

Forgive me, but I'm pretty sure healers contribute to the party's DPS by keeping everyone alive. As long as you have at least 1 HP, you can attack.

That's like saying, tanks contribute enough just by holding hate or DPS contribute enough just by autoattacking.
