What value to clear this fight? This community doesn't even care about it's top end players and would rather chase them away.

So I just want to casually mention there have been a couple times this expac where, when I open the PF, the whole front page was covered in that. What you suggest is to turn an abyssmal and easily ignorable market into public access, an official one at that - a way to cause massive PR damage to SE directly by spoiling it on a much larger scale than private clear sellers and destroying the trust of raiders along with it.
I see a ton more advertisements for this crap than I see fate, hunt, and map parties combined. I think the only thing that's more common than the advertisements is the Savage parties. And even then that's 4-5 different versions.

GMs don't deal with it unless the sellers openly say they sell for real money, and even then the GMs might not do anything. This type of activity is dealt with by the STF. If you think a party finder listing is breaking the ToS, report it to the GMs and/or the STF and include all relevant info. If it doesn't fall under GM jurisdicition, they'll send a report to the STF.
If selling runs for real money is allowed, then why not other goods or services? Party finder listings can be seen by several thousand people across the data center depending on when they are put up. If any ads for real money were allowed, the party finder would be unusable.
You assume all groups exclusively sell for real money. When gil is accepted, where do you think it comes from?

It's nice you cherrypick parts of posts without seeing the full context.
I don't assume anything, quite the opposite - I am well aware how this trade works, including how gil-paid runs work (which add the downside of both buyer, seller and participants having to be on the same server for gil exchange, hence why for ultimates and their slim demographic they consider real money trade & distribution to broaden the accessibility of their service).
What you fail to see is that the post was directly adressed to OP's specific case that involved RMT as the payment option and I explained how it isn't something to write home about since it is nigh impossible (and also negligible at that) to track down, with their proof policies increasing the difficulty of the process.

I care nothing of the ethics/morals behind selling clears but I am annoyed that it takes up PF space. It gets really bad when you have through scroll through at least 10 listings, potentially missing legit ones just because some players want to make cash on the side.
Either SE makes a clear edict that PF is not to be used for sales ads or they create an ingame board, complete with posting fee and weekly and level limit.
Either way, PF needs to be clutter free of this.
Healing DRK is literally... the same since ShB. The reason why people think it's a meme to heal nowadays because DRK receives very little to no buff to their sustainability vs 3 other tanks getting something useful. If you're capable of healing DRK back in ShB (or any tanks), then you'll heal EW DRK just fine.
