This is reportable - ESPECIALLY if they conveyed that to you through text. This behavior is getting worse and we need to actively report....even if at times it feels like it is falling on deaf ears.
I got inside an in-progress Dun Scaith as WHM for my Proto Ultima weekly quest (only one minute passed.) One of the healers apparently left immediately after loading in. The first boss fight already started and the tank and the only healer from my team in the battle already got knocked out due to the healer not using Esuna on the doom. The three teams eventually wiped against the first boss due to many flying off the ship from Void Blizzard IV.
During the fight, I used Surecast for most Void Blizzard IVs and Void Aero IIIs because I wasn't going to put up with those two knockbacks. My co-healer ended flying off the ship from most of the Void Blizzard IVs. Along the way, our Ninja dc'ed. After our teams beat the first boss, I mysteriously got vote-kicked out. They apparently were trying to vote kick the dc'ed Ninja, but didn't look at the name of who they were vote kicking first (which was my Mikeru Takeuchi character.)
I wasn't too happy getting voted out like that after I helped save the team from the healer that immediately left the instance AND a healer that couldn't stay on the ship to save her life. At the same time, I felt blessed to not have to put with the latter healer for a fight like Scathach and Diabolos Hollow. I have the feeling the other two teams will end up carrying several members of my vote-kick happy team for most of Dun Scaith.

I ran Sohm al I was astro, the tank was a Dark knight dps was 2 dragoons.I understand the Dragoon jokes, but wow I didn't think I'd actually see it. One dragoon stood in every single AOE. The first time they died they just typed "...." I revived them we get to the first boss they stood in more Aoe's (They didn't die that time). Second boss they ignored the add that explodes we wiped. They called me a bad healer and asked what my problem was so I decided to be honest "you standing in every AOE is part of my problem" her response was "So what your job is to heal" I rarely get angry but that got to me.
So the tank actually tried explaining why her response was wrong and she should try to avoid them. Third boss she dropped a green meteor on us and killed me, we wiped. We try again she died at least three times but we cleared, that run was extremely stressful.

Knowing people, I could totally see that kick being intentional
I admire your patience with people +1
Try to report them next time during the event, I believe there's a better chance of something being done about it

The duty was Rabanastre. Almost half of the players are first-timers (including me). After 10 minutes and a couple of wipes on Mateus, someone put motion to abandon.
Sounds like your typical alliance raid failures, yes?
Nope! The motion to abandon was promptly rejected, and after grueling 70 (!) minutes and countless wipes we managed to clear it. I can almost feel everyone's relief through the screen.
What impressed me the most was that no one is whining, complaining, or giving up during the entirety of the raid. Cheers to the veterans who patiently explained the mechanics to the first-timers. And cheers to the first-timers who kept trying despite the countless wipes. Cheers to everyone in that raid!
The "never give up" attitude displayed during that raid really moved me.
Pharos Sirius on my alt.
Got to explain strats for a pleasant DRK and new BRD, the latter to whom I also explained some things about BRD role actions.
The SAM though... Not a single Yukikaze was used. That also means no Setsugekka. And of course they're German only (while I specifically queued with E), so I can't explain. -_-
And a Copperbell Hard, where I explained to a tank how Voke/Ultimatum work. Seems to be becoming a pattern. (this one listened though, so that's a plus)
The next person who wants to get uppity with me for not healing/raising on RDM when we are in content where I don't have those skills is gonna get a wall of angry text.
I had an AST die to themselves placing the fire puddles poorly on the second boss of Keeper of the Lake only to spam chatting with "rdm pls, raise pls, raise me" and so on. I got so fed up I stood in fire to die myself to tell them that I didn't get Verraise until 64.
She then came back at me with "well you could have at least healed the tank after I died" and rather than waste the text on telling her I also don't get Vercure until 54 I just responded with "Well you could have at least not killed yourself"...
Why do I queue for things with people again?
;; Wish I could accept that compliment. While I was not rude to them, I certainly don't feel like I was patient cause by the end I wanted to watch the world burn around them lol!
I am pure rage healer lately.
Ranting here helps though ^^;
Lol I had one of my Cohealers in a 24 man belittle a RDM for not rezzing people that died 5+ times every fight. Even after you have those skills, I'm sorry, but yeah, it's the person that died that is responsible, not the RDM. :P Keep on RDMing! Ignore the stupids.
You should have told them even if you had Vercure, which you don't get till 54, they should have not died.

Apparently telling a SCH with an i45 book in Dusk Vigil to go to Jeweled Crozier and buy a i115 from the vendor makes me an elitist. /sigh
I feel you. I ran Normal Raid roulette the other day and got Brute Justice. Both healers died because no one stacked with them, then half the party started yelling at the RDM to raise the healers. They were Vercuring the tanks so they were doing what they could, just can't do what you can't do.
Sharing a belated story from yesterday, got the Arboretum on 50/60. I ran DRK and was a bit worried about the healer's low HP - about half my own. That's more likely on WAR, nor DRK. But ok. Should still be fine, we have a BLM and a MNK... right?
Wrong. The only ones using aoe were myself and the healer who kept going OOM trying to carry the two dps who were unfamiliar with the aoe in their kits. The BLM hardly even used Fire IV and switched out of Astral Fire to Umbral Ice before they even hit the half-MP point. Asked the DPS to use the aoe in their kits, unsurprisingly got told off. Meh.
Between not AoEing, botching Enochian, or outright not even knowing what Enochian even is, what is up with BLMs these days?
