SE pls end X\FC# per account & remove GrndFathered multiple houses owned by 1 person

Please enlighten me. How would you solve the issue of Balmung or the many other servers with 12-20k players? There will NEVER be enough supply. SE won't make it instanced. They've alrey said that. I'm curious how would you make ALL 20k Balmung players happy with their 1 personal and 1 FC houses? Besides magically making 40k plots appear. One FC and one personal per account still means that 90% of Balmung has nothing. Nobody can win..

If you'll notice, I said nothing about Balmung, and nothing about making all the players happy. I said making more players happy. I don't care about Balmung and I never have.

Edit: I also am full aware that it's "allowed" under current rules, and that there are ways around it that are not technically circumventing the current rules. I'm just saying that I'm fine with the idea of them changing those rules.
