SE pls end X\FC# per account & remove GrndFathered multiple houses owned by 1 person

i mean is we pay same subs,do same lvling,etc but why you have right to exploit housing system from flawness rule?can you just play like normal people?

I have read it. Believe it or not, I read and reread it and memorized it in the weeks before 4.2 cause I'm OCD like that . Did you read it? I don't think so. Because, if you had you would have seen this:

Each service account may only possess one free company estate hall and one private estate per World.

Once this limit has been reached, it is not possible to purchase further plots of land in the same World on that service account, including separate characters on the same World.

* Players possessing housing above this limit prior to patch 4.2 will not be affected by this change.
* It is possible to relocate estate halls to empty plots

I didn't care until a nolifer wanted a pat on the back for living in game. Don't compare limited to unlimited resources, that's just foolish. Secondly if they took your houses and you quit...it wouldn't matter because they would get the remaining 12 subs with new houses for much longer as they decorated and reran old content, or leveled crafter, as you said you've spent hours, you've done everything, your business isn't really even needed at this point. Sure a bunch would quit but many more would resubmit for much longer and 12 subs = more money than your 1 a month.

Where exactly is your logic? How is it exploit? It's in my rules and ToS. I'll post it again because you might have missed it

I did just learn how to do math in Ridorana, hmm....

If 1,000 players have an average of 4 houses each and SE takes those away, 1,000 people will #ragequit and 4,000 people will get new houses. Even if those numbers are off, there are going to be more available houses than angry players, else you wouldn't be multi-house owners.

I do believe that 4,000 happy players > 1,000 angry players. People have raised a stink over worse and it went nowhere. The fanfest fiasco enraged more players than own multiple houses and it was barely a blip on the radar.

And again. Throw me into the "bullying the poor multi-house owner bucket" all you want now, but you're really just continuing to dig a hole for yourself. I'm seeing a lot more "I didn't care until this happened and now I think you're terrible" comments then "uwu poor babies".

And in case you didn't know what the rules were, when housing, (private and FC) was implemented many years ago:

Requirements
Character with level 50 in 1 of the classes.
Second Lieutenant in 1 of the Grand Companies for Personal Housing. Rank 6 or higher Free Company for Free Company Housing.

Notice how it says CHARACTER? So, a deluxe account could have 1, or 2, or 4, or 8. And if you were crazy enough to level up and rank up 8 characters (which I didnt cause I don't have 16houses), then you were 100% within your ToS and rights to do so. I'm just pointing out the actual facts.

Please enlighten me. How would you solve the issue of Balmung or the many other servers with 12-20k players? There will NEVER be enough supply. SE won't make it instanced. They've alrey said that. I'm curious how would you make ALL 20k Balmung players happy with their 1 personal and 1 FC houses? Besides magically making 40k plots appear. One FC and one personal per account still means that 90% of Balmung has nothing. Nobody can win..

Square enix,please abolish allowing multiple Free Companys for one account & therefore,empty several houses owned by the same person.

Please reconsider the grandfathering for multiple houses holders as many players are still homeless & while some servers "might" have plots still opened,I am 110% positive that a bunch of servers are actually stuck with clogged plots because of this.

It was ok to a specific point,but now players are bragging about it saying that they got harrassed as an argument if not as an excuse for owning way too many in my & many others opinion.

The current housing situation is just as unfair as the last time new wards got released & homeless players got blocked from purchasing because of the moratorium that was set.

how is it unfair? People took the time, put in the work, and have multiple houses. It was a great source of income, just like RL flipping FC's :P There is a reason for something called being grandfather. people did nothing wrong were just more creative and smarter than others. Calling things unfair is just an excuse that people want things for not even trying.

Bottom line. Players will ALWAYS be salty unless we go to instanced. Then players can pre-order 1,2, or 500 plots if they desire.

easiest way : review the ToS so ppl who had more than 2 houses(fc and personal) in a server per account is violating ToS.

While ToS can be revised, it would still be unfair to long term and loyal members. I doubt they want that kind of backlash.
