Retard forum ate my post so here is the short version:

I am talking about the persistent 500ms delay on EVERY PLAYER ACTION in this game. It is there no matter what you do and it is rooted in SE coding.
You can try to defend it all you want but it is crap coding and overzealous server side verification that causes it. Not peoples machines or their internet connections.

You want proof: start running before your cast is finished. Most of the time you can run @ 80% cast bar and the cast will go through. Why? Because it already has gone through server side before you started running. Same thing applies to moving in and out of void zones.
