100's of level 25 botters teleporting from behind Twin Adders desk to Aetherye. Why?

So I'm assuming they "delete" the bots by just closing accounts but not deleting the characters ... which is stupid.

How so? If they fully deleted the characters, it would just open up the names to be reused. It doesn't truly hinder them more than a few moments, but at least it means they can't use the same names on repeat.
