Let's say the average DPS is currently 355.

If they are hitting 4k worth of damage, does this automatically make them a garbage tier player?

Is it ever justified to tell a player that they should quit the game?as they feel the player is bad, or if they just don't like the player

You weren't making anything relevant at all, you were purposely posting crap to stir up drama with ONE particular user. Don't give me that "relevant to the parse topic" bs. At least own up towards your less than thinly veiled attempt at trying to troll another user needlessly.
