We need better comunication with the Community team

The lack of two-way communication when it comes to reporting cheaters is the thing that irks me the most, because it makes getting them banned a total crapshoot when you can't know why they're repeatedly being overlooked.

For all I know, I could just be missing one key detail in my reports that prevents them from being actionable.

I don't know why they don't just give the GM team authority in these matters because you can actually communicate with them to a degree you'd expect from a paid MMO.

I always feel like reports are "lost in paperwork" and never truly investigated, or there is something missing in the report that they do not ask for more information away and tossed away. I really do not know, but it is shocking to see endgame gather bots keep doing gathering and crafting despite being reported over and over again. You being on Cactuar, I assume you know that well and thus the reason you came to post this.

For those replying to my post, I see that as "semantics" argument to defeat my point. I will try this make this as simple as I can. Regardless of what is being referenced in that quote, the base is that he is aware of the concept of " if we were to do the same thing all over again, a lot of people would get tired of it" then why are they COMPLETELY copying HW, reskinning it, pasted it with calling it "SB" ? You can say this is HW 2.0.3.35 .. not "Stormblood"

The way you progressed ARR relic and HW relic has a greater difference then the complete HW to SB expansions do. (Ill give the very first and last stages was pretty copy/paste though)
