    The "rewards" are obtainable items from doing the event quest. You will not recieve them any other way as the event is permanent. You will need to defeat Behemoth in MHW and Rathalos in XIV to get the items.

    MHW's event starts 8/2 for PS4 and will be permanently available for PC when the game launches on 8/9. XIV's event launches on 8/7.
